Scott Henson from Grits For Breakfast has a nice post detailing misuse of power by Texas prosecutors.  In his article, Scott has a quote from Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins.  Watkins says of previous days in Dallas justice,  "if you sent someone to jail who was possibly innocent, it was a badge of honor."
