Min. Louis Farrakhan visits Father Michael Pfleger and St. Sabina

Last week the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan spoke at The Faith Community of St. Sabina, which is pastored by Father Michael Pfleger. The May 25 speech was Min. Farrakhan’s first time speaking publicly since Mother’s Day.

This was great to see because it brought together two people who I admire greatly. Minister Farrakhan who was on his death bed from cancer last year, reportedly spoke for an hour at St. Sabina and in a powerful way. Pfleger spent many hours with Min. Farrakhan during his illness.
Father Pfleger and Min. Farrakhan have shared an long friendship as they both have labored to uplift the African-American community in Chicago and throughout the country. Anyone who actually listens to the Minister as opposed to relying on sound bites knows that if his heart has any hatred, it’s a hatred of evil and injustice. The Muslim minister and Catholic priest know that what matters most is doing God’s work, especially for the least of these, my brethren.

Excellent article, I honestly believe that African American Muslims, Christians, and Jews in the United States can teach and show the world that through true understanding, we all can co-exist in peace and grow the Kindgom of God on Earth.

What’s up Shawn I was relieved when Farrakan survived, we still need him. Now dont get me wrong I have some bitter feelings about him and the Nation but the truth is he has and will continue to do great work.

This is looking worse and worser for Barack “Hussein” Obama!! Wow! Farrakhan plus Father Pleger’s and his racist sermons (who has been an advisor to Obama) plus Barack –pretty much equates Obama to be a racist, too. The truth is liberating, isn’t it?

[...] Met With Farrakhan As is always the case, there’s more to the Obama case than meets the eye. I just found a post where Pastor Michael Pfleger invited Louis Farrakhan to speak at his church last year. Last week [...]

Farrakhan continues to do good work and that’s why he is so widely respected by so many in his community who actually know him or have had first hand working experience with men and women in his organization.
Father Pfleger is one of many who has not been duped by the garbage in much of mainstream media against Farrakhan.
I bet that 99% of those who reserve so much hatred of this man have never heard one of his speeches.

The truth, it’s people like you that have this country of America all screwed up. I hope you don’t have children because they would have a sad parent in you. I bet you’ve never personally spoken with The Minister or even attended one of his engagements because if you had, you wouldn’t be so ignorant still. You are only speaking what your hate-filled parents have taught you and you will someday teach your own. May whatever god you serve, serve you the same justice you are trying to serve The Minister.

to all who has to say that the minster Farrakhan is a racist. Let me start by saying, how could you call a man racist that lives in a country that you yourself has been racist in since day 1? If you believe in the Bible, the Bible says, “what goes around, comes around”. And, “A man Reaps what he sows”. I believe i can speak for 90% of the black people on the planet. WE LOVE YOU MINESTER WITH ALL HEART AND SOUL. AND DO NOT CARE WHAT AN OUTSIDER THINKS… I FOR ONE, WILL GIVE MY LIFE FOR YOU MY BROTHER (MINSTER LOUIS FARRAKHAN

Tyrone Traylor just said it but I think it bears repeating .
After 300 hundred years of institutionalized racism, and another hundred + more of fence sitting as to whether white America wants to recognize its former slaves as human equals or not, how can any mildly intelligent person accuse Farrakhan and the larger black community of racism and NOT feel like they need to scrub their soul with bleach to clean away the hypocrisy they just expressed.
When Minister Farrakhan starts to draw up plans to capture whites to work as slaves, you can open your mouths about racism. Until then, I gotta ask, WTF is the big deal. You people are getting upset over WORDS!!! More than that its just killing you people that “they“ are getting away with it.
Don`t you see that we whites SHOULD be bending over backwards in these supposed more enlightened times to rectify the absolute EVIL we had done in times when we were not so enlightened? Hmmmm
The only enlightenment I see is within the black community finally getting pissed off enough to stand up and say enough.
We whites just haven’t reached that stage of enlightenment yet though I wonder why given our supposed superiority. Maybe, not sure, but maybe, it’s because we do not care.
Personally, I’m a big fan of the sound Truth makes when it rings, all kinds, angry truth, sad truth, whatever, if your honest and your ears are open you can always here that ring. Minister Farrakhan makes beautiful music.
