According to Texas Democrats, the Barack Obama Dallas Campaign Headquarters will have its Grand Opening on Monday. Here’s the skinny:
What: Obama Dallas Campaign Headquarters Grand Opening
Where: 1409 South Lamar Street, Dallas, TX 75215
When: Monday, February 18 at 9:00 AM
Why: Meet the staff and other volunteers, pick-up campaign materials or volunteer in any number of ways.

Encourage your neighbors and coworkers to vote early! Then show up at 7:15p.m. at their precint to caucus on March 4th. In early voting you can cast your vote at any Dallas County polling location which starts this Tuesday, 2/19!

Good Morning!
I believe there is something rotten in the state of “Dallas”. My entire household is being sent to DeSoto, TX if we want to participate in the early voting election.
Note: I can look out my front window and touch the Harry Stone Rec. Ctr. in East Dallas. We have the same zip code.

I have called the Chicago Hq., in Chicago and spoke to a very enept volunteer who could not give me either a phone number or the name of a person to order Mr. Obama’s Campaign Buttons. I have been waiting over 50 years for Mr. Obama to take the place of the President. I will vote for Mr. Obama. I would be very PROUD to wear his campaign button….If I could fine one? The number that I called was 1-866-675-2008.

I do not ever recall being asked by a polling volunteer which party am i voting for, I must say that from the very beginning, early voting seems to provide for activity that could allow the vote to be mis-handeled,year after year. The splitting of districts greatly provides the opportunity to direct votes, there has to be a method to assure me that my vote is exactly cast where I intend it to be.

Many of us in East Dallas were wrongly mailed information by the voting registrar’s office about our early voting location being changed to DeSoto. Please IGNORE it!

A note from Connecticut for all Obama staffers and supporters: My cousin, Rev. Ledlie Laughlin, is a descendant of the DeWolf family of Bristol, Rhode Island who were the biggest slave traders in the U.S.!!
On Tues. June 24 “Traces of the Trade” will be aired on PBS Point of View at 10.00 EST (check your local listing). This is an absolutely fascinating documentary, featured at the Sundance Film festival, on a trip taken by Ledlie and other De Wolf descendants from Bristol to Ghana to Cuba back to Bristol. I highly recommend this to everyone and I please ask that you pass the information on to as many people as possible.

If Obama is going to resort to seeking the endorsement of TRAITORS like Colin Powell. I’m going to just stay home. I couldn’t vote for Grandpa McCain and the crazy woman from Alaska. But, I’m sure not going to legitimize sleeping with cowards, scum and traitors like that jerkwad Powell, who, like O.J. Simpson is suddenly black again. Don’t make me puke.
I served over 20 years on active duty in the military and believe me, traitor Powell is no hero to the troops. They just can’t legally express their views.
