Obama finally fires back against Hillary Clinton (Annie Oakley)…it’s about time.

I came across this excellent piece of video at Huffington Post. This is a side of Barack Obama that I have been waiting to see. It reminds me of a moment in one of my favorite movies - The American President. Game on Hillary.
Insert "pastor" for "girlfriend"; "racist" for "whore"; "Hillary" for "Bob", and I think we've got something.

I love it! I also liked that movie, too. I’m glad he came back with a strong response.
I just wish this process was cut much shorter. The longer it goes on, the more they try to taint the images of those who are running by finding the most minute things and exploiting them.
Nonetheless….I can’t wait to vote for Obama in November!

I don’t think this is as persuasive as you think it is. “Annie Oakley” is not an insult. Calling GWB a cowboy didn’t help defeat him; why tack the same course again?

Loving this post! Great analogy, too! I was so glad when MD’s character told Bob where to go I didn’t know what to do. And I agree that Obama came out swinging - GOOD! But, I disagree with Phelps because calling the Queen Annie Oakley shows just how hypocritical she really is. Hillary wants to put on this front of being a “down-home” girl with simple values and morals. Believe me, her white middle class republican up bringing was anything but simple. The difference here is that GWB likes folk thinking of him as a Cowboy. But rest assured ain’t no hunting for 4 legged animals ever went on in Park Ridge, Illinois and Annie Oakley could not have even visited Wellesly let alone been able to go there.

Phelps I disagree also (surprise). Only because if she were actually the gun person she’s portraying herself as then it would be a slight.

The January 1995 Hillary Clinton “screw ‘em” admonition, is a more than apt representation of character. Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther, and goes much deeper than anyone realizes. Particularly telling, is the fact that Leon Panetta was present during Hillary’s “write them off: screw them” remark. While Hillary sees herself as the “champion of the oppressed,” there’s always a kind of “good guy versus bad guy mentality.” But Hillary has treated and continues to treat all working class Americans as a species apart, and screw them she did: http://theseedsof9-11.com
